Cookie policy

What cookies and similar technologies are used on the Provix Digital website, and how you can control them.

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1.What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and give site owners information about how their site is used.

Similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixels work in a similar way. In this policy, we refer to all of these as "cookies".

2.How we use cookies

We keep our use of cookies to a minimum. The Website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you or to show you targeted ads.

The Website may only use strictly necessary cookies or browser storage where needed for it to work properly and securely, for example to remember the state of an open form during your visit or to protect against abuse. These do not require your consent under UK and EU law because the Website cannot work properly without them.

3.Types of cookies

4.Third-party content

Some parts of the Website are loaded from third-party services. When your browser requests these files, the provider receives standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type:

  • Google Fonts (Google LLC) delivers the typefaces used on the Website. Google states that Google Fonts does not set cookies. See the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Spline (Spline Design Inc.) delivers the interactive 3D graphics on our home page.
  • Hosting and content delivery providers serve the Website and may use strictly necessary technologies for security and performance.

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook in our footer are simple links. Those platforms do not set cookies through our Website, but they may set their own cookies once you click through to their sites.

5.Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, or delete cookies when you close the browser. Find out how for your browser:

  • Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies
  • Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions

If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the Website may not work as expected.

6.Changes to our use of cookies

If we start using analytics, preference, or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before setting them. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last revised.

For more information on how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.
